Sunday School

Sunday school is for children aged 5 to 13 years old, although we tend to base membership on the child rather than their age. For example, if they are not quite ready to move up to Next Generation at age 13, we wait until they are, and support them to do so. Each session involves Bible teaching and prayer, alongside a game, or craft, or drama and sometimes singing! Parents are welcome to accompany their child until they settle in. Sunday school members gather in the front left side pews of church at 1030 and go downstairs to the crypt after the opening prayer. The children come back up for communion or a blessing, and then often go back down to finish. Sunday school meets on the first, second and fourth Sundays. On third Sundays, the children stay in the service and take part if they wish to.
